In-game assets for major developers

Our primary role as a studio is creating in-game assets for major developers.

For a long time now the games industry has recognised that outsourcing is key to development. The scale of games development has not only grown, but is continuing to expand at a rapid rate.

While the previous generation of hardware was in its last phase of major titles, surprisingly many games still sell due to the quality and content avalable to a "known" platform. Quality in our industry however, does not mean lack of quantity. Quite the opposite.

Now with the NextGen machines on the shelf and the first wave of titles have raised the bar, most developer realise the amount of assets required for NextGen games are often staggering.

 

That's where we come in - Assett developement.

We have a highly experienced and dedicated team, able to take on pretty much any content creation needs. We pride ourselves on being flexible, creating anything from realistic models to concept art.

Our experience also means we're able to adapt to pipelines readily, and even offer programming tool support should you require custom code.

We can supply everything from characters to creatures, be it fantastical or realistic.

Everything from meshes to texture maps, normal maps, displacement maps included.

We're fully familiar with most pipelines, and have worked with proprietary software where needed in the past. Max or Maya are of course not a problem, but if you need assets via another exporter just let us know.


Not only do we supply final assets, but we're also more than happy to supply concept art.

Again from creatures & warriors, to cowboys and housewives. Realworld or fantasy. Environments or characters; we pretty much love doing it all.

As much fun as it is to create demons and spacewhales, we do realise that the bulk of assets required for outsourcing are pretty mundane.



We recognise that very often studios want to keep the shiny fun stuff inhouse while outsource the tedious details.

Phoneboxes, park benches, lamp posts. Though mundane, these can be pretty expensive to buy through libraries; only to find they don't suit your engine.

Most of the time you'll find we're extremely competitively priced, and or assets will be tailored to your engine or environment. Very often by the time you've realised a stock french lamp post looks wrong in a london street we could have done it, and cheaper.


We've worked on everything from Cartoon to Surreal, from Scifi, to Fantasy to, well, we've covered pretty much all styles and genres in our developement experience.

One of us even likes SteamPunk, but that's not his fault.
